We are proud to announce that Mr Ismo Vaihtamo has been appointed to a new Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting in May. Mr Vaihtamo brings profound experience from the port equipment business and heavy equipment manufacturing.
Mr Vaihtamo has held several executive positions at Cargotec / Kalmar Industries and has profound knowledge of port operations and equipment ranging from reach stackers and terminal tractors to RTGs and highly automated container handling systems. Before joining Cargotec Mr Vaihtamo was working at Finnish heavy equipment manufacturer Valmet. Mr. Vaihtamo retired from Cargotec in 2019.
